### 1/5 — Not able to even look at the app before being forced to subscribe!?

I wanted to try out this app as I have been looking at many similar to find one that suits me, when signing up it says “make free account” which is all fine until after you signed up, it forces the subscription page on you. There is an option for a week free trial but I don’t want to commit to anything yet, I just want to look at the app and see how it functions for free before trying the subscription! Please put an exit button on the subscription page and I will try your app!

Says you can “Create a FREE account” then you can’t do anything without paying £10 a month. But it’s okay, you get a 7-day free trial…. and still can’t do anything after this period, without paying. Sort yourselves out and advertise your app truthfully. 🙄

I feel like alot of equestrians dont have the actual money to pay monthly for an app like this, if others own horses they know how costly they can be and making this app cost is just worse. Why say "create a FREE account" when you have to pay for it monthly to actually use it? I personally feel like it should be free but some features should cost so that way young riders who own horses can use this app

i think it’s actually crazy how you have to pay to even log in or create an account. I understand app makers have to make some money but majority of apps provide basic features for free and then give the option to upgrade for a fee. This is almost false advertising because the app is free and then wants you to pay straight away. waste of time and you really should as an app creator, think about what you’re doing and think about what customers want instead of just seeing ways you can make money. not happy.

Most apps have at least a few features that you can use. Then to use more features you pay the monthly/ yearly fee. I don’t think paying monthly for an app that I have never used before is fair. Maybe charge money to buy the app (one time purchase) or allow the user to have access to a few features prior to paying.

this app helps me so much, i’m a very unorganised person and it helps me to take care of my horses better! equitask helps me remember when the farrier/physio is coming out. i also have my family on the app so that when i’m away they can take care of my horses! best horse management app ever!
