Tienes que esperar para poder vender tus token a que ellos abran la venta del mismo y te cobran una comisión por venta lo que hace perder tus pocas ganancias. En mi caso tengo que pagar comisiones por la venta después tengo que enviar tu dinero a una app wise después hacer la conversión de los euros a tu moneda y ahí va otra comisión y después para enviar el dinero a tu cuenta es otra comisión. Muy poco funcional. Como comento es mi caso así que no lo recomiendo invertir mas de 3000 euros y más de un año obtuve perdidas no ganancias. **Developer response:** Gracias por compartir tu experiencia. Tienes razón en que las inversiones en Equito están pensadas a mediano y largo plazo: recibes rentas mensuales de los alquileres y recuperas el capital al final del proyecto, normalmente entre 2 y 9 años. No es una inversión de crecimiento rápido, sino de ingresos recurrentes y revalorización progresiva. Sobre la liquidez, ofrecemos programas de recompra varias veces al año para quienes necesiten vender antes del cierre del proyecto. Y en cuanto a las comisiones: dentro de la zona SEPA no aplicamos comisiones de retiro. Fuera de SEPA usamos Wise para facilitar la recepción del dinero, pero las comisiones de conversión y transferencia son externas y no dependen de nosotros. Lamento que en tu caso las comisiones hayan afectado la rentabilidad. Pero hay mucho delay para los retiros. Solicité hn retiro el dia 13 de diciembre a mi cuenta bancaria y hoy ( 26 diciembre) sigo esperandoo... recomiendo mejorar en esto.
