There seems to be a glitch at the same time every year that is eventually solved. One year they claimed I needed to suddenly start signing each end of the back of the check for deposit lol. Whatever it finally worked. Other than the constant barrage of corporate announcement and advertisement type messaging to the app’s inbox the rest of the texted balance updates work well. Mostly I appreciate the bank’s 0 ATM fee policy and free mobile banking. Years ago not all banks had that.
