Only two issues which are - the cable from the camera to power source too short and the boxed and online instructions which are hardly visible. Pale blue font and very small print. The night vision isn’t good either ### 1/5 — AVOID ABSOLUTLEY *2024-03-30, version 1.0.24* App is terrible, alarm is terrible. Everything about this alarm system is terrible, I was locked out of the app. It wouldn’t load at all, now I can’t reset the hub, it’s basically a brick and I will have to buy a new system. Definitely not going to buy another one of these. I hope you can solve this missing link. ### 2/5 — Unreliable! *2024-10-19* This app has always worked well, until iOS updated. Now, it no longer turns the alarm on or off reliably. We’ve had too many incidents now where the app shows that we’ve turned the alarm off, only to find that the alarm trigger when we enter the house. The app hasn’t been updated for 9 months!! Come on ERA - sort this out! ### 2/5 — Unsure *2024-08-31, version 1.0.24* Yes it’s easy to install (putting up the siren and dummy siren etc) but trying to get the hub activated to the app was a nightmare, had to phone the Help Line more than once, in the end I had to delete the ERA protect app and use the ERA smart app (and it isn’t) the app on the phone will work if we use it from the lobby and not outside the house, if we use the remote it still says it’s armed on the app, don’t know if we did the right thing in changing the alarm. ### 2/5 — Can’t connect WiFi chime! *2023-07-02, version 1.0.19* I am unable to connect my ERA wifi chime to my ERA doorbell. The apps do not work as they should. The doorbell is good, just can’t get it to connect with the WiFi chime it only wants to connect with a wired in one which is a bit antiquated. ### 3/5 — Simple, solid *2024-02-21, version 1.0.24* Easy to use, no problems so far. Fairly basic, would be nice to have more timelapse review features like FLIR used to have. ### 3/5 — A Black Friday advert in the app, really? *2022-11-16, version 1.0.19* No frills alarm system and app. Does what it says on the box and very easy to setup and use. Why 3 starts? Everything was great until I started to see a persistent sign up / Black Friday advert at the bottom of the main screen. Not needed and no option to turn off. ### 4/5 — ERA Protect Alarm *2023-03-18, version 1.0.19* Works well if you always keep your phone in your hand. A simple light system on the Hub would be so helpful when your phone is not to hand. ### 4/5 — Outside cameras. *2022-02-13, version 1.0.14* The three cameras I bought are all installed now and working. The cameras look to be good quality and they went up onto the walls OK . They connected up OK and are now working well. When I phoned for a little help they were very good and helpful. The pictures from the cameras are very good. Thanks again. It is simple to set up and use in practice. The phone app is a great bonus, as it is great to be able to set and deactivate the alarm remotely. Also allows you to check its status and notifies you of activation, including which sensor was activated.
