I recently upgraded to this app after being advised that the old app was going to be removed. I have never had so many false alarms, the app frequently tells me the system is unset, then the alarm is triggered as soon as I open the door. I wish I could revert to the old app. I even considered removing the alarm components and just using the cameras. The initial screen is too small and the original screen which comes up now and again bizarrely was much better. Please get this sorted. ### 1/5 — Don’t bother *2026-04-04, version 5.0.17* Can’t even log in. Sticks at ‘verifying’. If I can’t log in, I need to replace my whole system. Was all fine with the Previous app. ### 2/5 — Backward step in camera support *2026-04-01, version 5.0.17* The new app is a backward step, clunky and poorly presented / laid out Where is my instant camera dashboard view?? I consider this an essential feature  Bring it back! Also they need to make deleting recordings on the doorbell easier. One has to delete each recording one by one which is a pain. It would be better to have a select all or select option so all or many recordings could be deleted at once. ### 2/5 — Logging out constantly *2026-01-26, version 5.0.15* The app constantly logs me out, integration with Apple Face Unlock is not integrated well so I have to manually enter details every time I get home. Geo unlock is flaky at best. ### 3/5 — TouchKey app needs low battery notification *2025-12-13, version 5.0.15* TouchKey lock fingerprint operation works well most of the time and the remote unlock via the hub is useful. However the 4 x CR123 batteries died yesterday after approx 4 months operation with audio announcement on lock that batteries need replacing, lock no longer operated. Had less than 6 months and multiple issues with app. No faith in lock working consistently. Because the key doesn’t get used, when electronic entry fails (for various reasons) the key is difficult to use. Should’ve just got a normal lock with extra keys and saved £450! ### 2/5 — Disappointing *2025-07-23, version 5.0.13* The new updated app jumps out after 10 seconds and fails to load camera activity reliably on opening.
