## What is Erbe Support App?

The Support App helps you configure the VIO 3 with user settings and templates. Furthermore, the Support App helps you during servicing.

The Support App can be used by Erbe employees, Erbe business partners, physicians, OR personnel, and biomedical technicians. Erbe assigns access rights to different modules according to the user’s profession.

The Support App contains the following modules:

Copy
You can download and edit user settings and templates created by Erbe or other users from the Erbe server to your iPad. You can upload user settings or templates to VIO 3 and download user settings from VIO 3 to your iPad.

Update
You can download software updates from the Erbe server to your iPad and upload them to VIO 3.

Contact
You can send VIO 3’s device parameters with a problem description to your service center.

Chrono
You can download VIO 3's device log which inlcudes information about usage and errors.

### 1.5.0 — 2025-06-16

Stay logged in: Easier access to the application
    After the initial login, users will enjoy easier and faster access. The app will no longer require re-login upon restart unless the user manually logs out or the session expires.

Improved click-areas for instruments
    Instrument icons on the Edit Program page and in the Edit Instrument dialog are now clickable, just like the instrument name labels, making navigation more intuitive.

Display mode upgrades in the chrono view
    Mode upgrades performed on the VIO 3 unit are now displayed alongside other events in the chrono data for better tracking.

Enhanced user experience when deleting program groups / programs
    Programs marked as deleted cannot be edited anymore
    Marking a program group for deletion marks all member programs as well
    Restoring a program or adding a new one inside a group marked for deletion will restore the entire group

New IES 3 options
    Instruments supporting IES 3 can now be switched between LAP and OPEN mode

Integration of MOVIVA® instrument
    The MOVIVA® instrument has been added in preparation for the upcoming CPS. Please note that this product is not yet commercially available.

Integration of new modes senseAPD, moveAPD and endoCUT® U. These modes can be purchased as upgrade for VIO®3. 
    moveAPD - supports upcoming CPS with the new MOVIVA instrument
    sense APD - is designed for APCapplicators
    endoCUT® U - is a new cut mode for underwater EMR completing the existing modes endoCUT I and Q

Bugfixes
    Several minor bugs have been resolved to improve overall app stability.

- Reworked the Login section into a Unified Login to comply with other services by Erbe.
 - Updated the app's terms of use.
 - No more automatic logout when the app is idle for a longer time.
 - Various Drag & Drop improvements
 - Improved handling of multi selection where applicable.

 - Fixed the broken history view listing former VIO 3 firmware updates.
 - Enabling the import of usersets from email attachments or directly from the file system into the running app.
 - After import of a userset, possible unknown instruments / modes are preserved.
