One option brings you to some place to sign in again and just redirects you back to the app - never signing you into what you selected. The other option on the page isn’t even available and shows as a false address. You can’t skip this or get around it after reaching this stage. Super disappointing :(( ### 2/5 — JJ App is Better *2025-06-03, version 2.0* I love the food at Erberts and Gerberts but this app is absolutely ridiculous. I’m able to create an order up to checking out, but then it asks for a new login. I can’t just order a sandwich without logging in? Stupid. I never needed to before ### 1/5 — Logged out - never able to log in again *2025-03-07, version 2.0* I must have accidentally logged out, but when I open the app now it prompts my name and phone number, which it then informs me is already in use. Closed the app, reset the app, cannot bypass that screen. I guess I will never be able to use the app again. ### 1/5 — You have to put a lot of effort into sucking this bad *2025-02-22, version 2.0* The absolute worst restaurant app I've ever used. I say used, but after about 20 minutes of trying to order I gave up and went somewhere else. First I tried to create an account using Facebook because that's the easiest option. I kept getting an error. Then I tried to make an account using my Apple ID. That worked but when I tried to order it took me to my browser so that I could login again for some reason and it kept giving me an error saying my password was wrong. How is that possible? I'm logging in with Apple. I don't even have a password. So I deleted that account and went through the trouble of creating an account manually and saved my password. Again, when I went to order it took me to the browser so that I could login again. This time it just wouldn't load. I restarted the app and my browser multiple times And I either get an error or nothing happened. It is literally impossible to order food which is really stupid because the entire point of this app is to order food. When choosing a store to pick up your order at they don't tell you the area of the city like east west, they don't tell you the street name, they just tell you the store number. How would a regular person who doesn't go there know they're internal store numbers? I literally had to Google the store numbers to figure out which was which. Then even though I used my current location to choose a store I found out that the store it chose was actually the one that was farther away from me even though I was directly across the street from a different store. Get your sht together. It's not that hard. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-02-17, version 2.0* I created a new account. But every time I sign in and try to place an order, I get all the way to the end and when I try to check out, it has me sign in again and start the order all over again…. So I never can actually place an order. This has happened literally a dozen times. Worthless ### 2/5 — Garbage app, great food *2025-02-14, version 2.0* The app is a complete waste of time and space on your phone. Ordering a sandwich is as difficult as quantum physics. Figure it out, clowns. I just want to be able to order food through the app, but it literally never works. The order and location screens just sit and load, but never come up and never allow me to place an order. When I do happen to get the order screen to come up, it’s showing me locations that are not anywhere near me and I have to manually enter my city to get it to find the closest one to me (even though I also have it favorited). Then when I get to the payment screen it says that something is wrong with the certificate and it is unsafe. The only thing that works for me is the points/rewards. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling and that does not resolve these issues. ### 1/5 — Can’t add food to your order anymore, so app is pointless *2024-01-28, version 2.0* I can’t believe the app no longer lets you add food to an order. Lets you log in, but you can’t order from that login. Just fill cart. Try to proceed to order, nope, have to log in again. But it won’t let you log in. And it keeps throwing you back to a “connect the account to…” screen. It’s a circle jerk. I WANT to order via the app as these are superior sandwiches. But nope. The app is so bad it may as well be a wet paper menu that blew past the playground and got picked up by a random kid, lit on fire, and stuffed in my mailbox. The menu is pretty straightforward but being able to rely on ordering consistently being able to view your bag and being able to pull up past orders is a complete nightmare. Then it asks for your phone number again, and sends you another verification text. Plus you have to do another captcha. After you finally get through that gauntlet they give you no Apple Pay, or google pay, or PayPal options. Nothing but entering your CC. What is this 2006? In the time it took to attempt to use this app I could’ve hand crafted and harvested all of the ingredients to make my sandwich. I went to create an account through punchh and it won’t go through because my phone is already associated with my apple login. Do they not want my business? I just had an issue trying to order my food, but picking the location is a nightmare! i just had an issue with it going to a store like 75 miles away. 😭 The nearest store to me was less than a mile!! and when you notice it’s the wrong store, you’ll have to start your order all over again. if you navigate away from the order, it doesn’t look like there’s a way to get back to the receipt/order to see what point it’s at.
