Paid for an unlock using the correct serial number & it did not work, so I submitted for a refund but was denied. Use reputable unlock services from the internet instead. They take about 12 hours to get back with the code & it’s slightly more pricey, but it actually works unlike this app.

**Developer response:** You get 3 free ERC decodes and yet again posted this when I refuse to provide more free service .
