ERC puts training, recovery, and PT in one place, with real physical therapy
support when you need it.

TRAIN WITH A PLAN

  Follow workouts assigned by your physical therapist or choose a goal-based
  program. Each workout keeps the plan clear with exercise instructions,
  demonstrations when available, and tracking built for reps, sets, weight, time,
  and distance.

  UNDERSTAND YOUR RECOVERY

  Connect Apple Health on iPhone to bring supported sleep, activity, workout,
  heart rate, HRV, respiratory rate, and body measurement data into ERC. See
  daily recovery context, day strain, sleep trends, activity history, and recent
  workouts without jumping between apps.

  SEE THE WORK ADD UP

  Review workout summaries, daily training scores, active-program progress, and
  milestones. Track pain and effort when they are relevant to your recovery plan.

  KEEP PT CLOSE

  For members receiving care, ERC keeps PT appointments, assigned programs, visit
  notes, and documents alongside training. Message ERC from the app when you have
  a question about your program or progress.

  An active ERC membership is required. Memberships are created and managed
  outside the app. Apple Health integration is optional and requires an iPhone.

  ERC supports your care but does not replace a clinician’s judgment. Follow your
  care team’s instructions. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, call
  911.
