Doesn’t do what it shows. Super buggy and can’t be trusted. Worse than chatgpt

Im about to run one of my longest ultras ever. And recently have been cautious about over training since my race is in a few weeks.

Love the recover section for the data overview. Helps me understand where my body is operating at.

I’m an athlete who just tore my ACL and Elena has helped me get appointments with multiple different doctors and set up physical therapy appointments while I focus on my recovery. It has been a game changer for me, totally recommend giving it a try
