Missing important calls because of an audio or alert issue can be incredibly frustrating. To help us narrow this down, we could use a few more details: are the incoming call alerts visible on your screen but just completely silent, or are you not seeing the calls ring at all and only finding missed call notifications later? In the meantime, we highly recommend doing a quick uninstall and reinstall of the app, ensuring your notification permission is enabled, as this often resets stuck audio permissions. If that doesn't solve it, please contact our customer support team at https://www.ereceptionist.co.uk/contact/ and provide code AS0701PL so we can dive into some in-depth troubleshooting with you! ### 1/5 — They have been charging me for 7-8 months and I haven’t even been able to log into the app *2024-02-28* This company has scammed me, I have contacted them since December asking for them to help me log in and they have not helped at all. I then proceeded to ask them multiple times to cancel the subscription and have not heard back from costumer services. I don’t know what else to do I’m still getting charged monthly ! Please do not chose this company they are a scam ! ### 1/5 — Unusable *2022-12-17* Simply awful - can’t log into the app. As my number was correct the other only thing I could try was resetting my password, however even that’s an impossibility because eReceptionist’s website says every password “isn’t strong enough” despite adhering to every parameter. Well, unfortunately that hasn't been the experience, and the APP is only good for looking at messages, since the call feature of the APP (a major feature I may add) does not work, when dialing out the 0800 number associated with the account is dialed every time. According to erepetionist customer services it's a "technical problem" so why launch an APP that doesn't work?
