First name, birthday, phone number and etc. Until the email, i typed the email and press confirmed. It told me to remove symbols such as the “@“ symbol. The “@“ was the only symbol I had on the page, no symbols in my name. Just the email. However why does searching for an item only show the first 50 results? Unless you know the specific names of items the app is pointless at adequately returning results. ### 1/5 — Spam notifications *2024-11-21* App is slow, feels like it’s loading everything from a website. Worst part is the unsolicited spam you receive in form of push notifications: expect to see offers to order thanksgiving pies, smoothies, lasagna, flip flops and whatever else is on sale. There’s no way to control what notifications you actually receive (you know, like grown up modern apps do and separate marketing spam from utility notifications when your order is ready for example), so I had to mute all pushes. Garbage behavior, garbage app experience. To log back in they send a code to the phone of whoever is the primary. They haven’t fixed the issue for two years. Also i thought it was 10% off but its 10% towards mystery account money that i have no idea how to use. ### 1/5 — Unable to place orders *2025-05-29* I’ve had this app for a few years and just within the past three months they release an update which blocks almost every single online order unless you tip heavily. That’s the information I got from the Venice location. So apparently now you cannot even place an online order and they tell you they don’t know what to do when you email them. They say sorry that screenshot doesn’t help we can’t help you just come into the store and purchase instead of having a delivery.
