Purchased start of COVID. I have sent many requests since to offer option to pay for workouts on the go or monthly! Clean, easy to use interface and finally gives a way to integrate the rower directly with Apple Fitness and Heath. However, two pieces of missing functionality. One, there is no Heart Rate data within the app itself or included in the data transferred to Apple Fitness. There is at least average HR on the Workout History on the Ergatta tablet itself, though ideally there would be a full heart rate history available for each workout to compete with Peloton functionality. Secondly, as others have mentioned, activity counts toward Exercise but not Move goal in Apple Fitness. ### 4/5 — Almost good *2021-10-08, version 1.0.28* Great to have integration. This app is expensive and the customer service is terrible. Good luck trying to cancel if you decide to sign up. There's no way to do so through the app. If you write to customer service to try to cancel then they'll send you a form that you need to fill out. ### 1/5 — Unable to sign up. *2025-12-07, version 2025.48.005* Nothing on Home Screen to sign up. You can make it work, but it’s always a bit sketchy. Best of all, I can sync it with my Apple Health App and have my workouts count toward my daily activity goals!
