## What is ErgForge?

ErgForge makes indoor cycling quick, simple and accessible without elaborate 3D virtual worlds or the need for powerful hardware.

Connect your compatible Bluetooth smart trainer, choose a workout or route, and start riding. ErgForge focuses on the essentials: responsive trainer control, clear live metrics and practical tools that help you train with purpose.

ErgForge works with consumer indoor cycling trainers and fitness heart-rate straps. These are exercise accessories, not medical devices.

Features include:
  - Fast, straightforward ride setup
  - Structured workouts with automatic ERG resistance control
  - Live power, cadence, speed and fitness heart-rate metrics
  - GPX route riding with maps, gradients and progress tracking
  - Group rides and live leaderboards
  - Workout scheduling and multi-week training plans
  - Ride history, power analysis and performance insights
  - Automatic FTP suggestions based on recent efforts
  - Optional Strava uploads for completed rides
  - Support for compatible Bluetooth smart trainers and consumer fitness heart-rate monitors

Whether you're following a training plan, riding a favourite route or joining friends, ErgForge gets the technology out of the way so you can spend more time riding.
