Dachte das würde des Verfahren einfacher machen aber dann hätte ich mir die App auch irgendwie sparen können.. Vorallem weil man auf der Online Website wieder alle Daten von einem extra eingeben muss (warum hab ich mich in der App dann anmelden müssen ?!) Also vielleicht nochmal das Konzept einer App überdenken :) ### 5/5 — Farewell *2024-03-05, version 5.6.14* For many years I used ERV for my travel insurance and found the app amazing. I never needed any insurance so can not say how good they are with claims but always offered the best cover for lowest price and while I was in Japan in 2019 the app kept me informed on a tsunami and how it effected travel before even the local news had it. Loved being with ERV so much but went to renew and seems they are not offering service here in U.K. any more. Found other cover and will be deleting this app but wanted to say thank you first to a loverly app I will miss that kept me in the loop on many great travels. ### 1/5 — Travel App im ernsten Notfall nicht hilfreich *2023-07-30* Die Travel-App ist wenig hilfreich in Situationen, wo der Betroffene selbst sie nicht mehr benutzten kann. Ohne mit der Versicherungsnummer angemeldet zu sein, kann man noch nicht einmal die Notrufnummern sehen. Das ist wichtig, falls derjenige, der z.B. einen Unfall im Ausland hatte, selbst nicht mehr dazu in der Lage ist, es selbst zu machen und jmd von zu Hause in Deutschland unterstützen will. Es war nicht klar, ob man mit der App von unterschiedlichen Orten mit der gleichen Versicherungsnummer eingeloggt werden kann. Hier fehlen dazu Informationen. Zusätzlich hilft es einem nicht, wenn man dem Land zugeordnet wird aus dem man anruft wenn man versucht es für jmd anderes zu machen. Es ist nicht möglich sich mit Handynummer anzumelden falls man die SIM-Karte eines anderen Landes benutzt, um dort billger zu telefonieren, weil die Authentifizierung per sms nicht funktioniert. ### 5/5 — Gut und übersichtlich *2022-11-13* Die Anwendung ist gut strukturiert und hilfreich, besonders bei Auslandsaufenthalten. ### 5/5 — Me ha resultado útil *2022-08-23* Me resulta útil para viajar al extranjero por toda la información que contiene de los destinos ### 2/5 — Fehlerhaft *2022-01-12* Ich dachte, unterwegs alles dabei zu haben... Dann rufe ich "Meine Versicherung" auf, um die Versicherungsnummer ab zu lesen - da steht die Versichrungsnummer unvollständig, die letzten Stellen fehlen. Also im System die Schriftgrösse kleiner gestellt - derselbe Fehler! Bitte unbedingt ändern!! iOS 15.1, iPhone X, App aktuell! ### 4/5 — Gute 'Warn-App', jedoch mit Fehlern *2020-06-29* Diese App als quasi 'läuft immer im Hintergrund mit' Warn-App ist für unterwegs und auch lokal sehr gut, zur möglichen Einschätzung bei Vorfällen oder auch für weitergehende Informationen, die man sonst nur schlecht im Ernstfall findet. Nur die Bezeichnung/Kategorisierung von legalen, gewerkschaftlichen Streiks mit "INNERE UNRUHEN" ist doch sehr daneben und falsch. Somit wären dann gelegentliche Streik-Unruhen schon mit BÜRGERKRIEG gleichzusetzen? Diese Kategorisierung / Wortwahl sollte schleunigst korrigiert werden. ### 4/5 — Eine brauchbare Zusammenfassung der Informationslage *2020-03-18* Abgesehen von der manchmal etwas fragwürdigen Übersetzung (Google translate?) bietet die App nach meinem Empfinden einen akzeptablen Kompromiss aus aus Datenfreigabe an einen Versicherungsgeber und nutzbarem Informationsgehalt: bei mir will es etwas heißen, wenn eine App das Recht für ständige Benachrichtigungen erhält. ### 2/5 — Für weltweiten Gebrauch ungeeignet *2020-03-08* Ein Jahr später: Die App entwickelt sich nicht weiter, die deutschen Nachrichtentexte haben für ein deutsches Unternehmen peinliche sprachliche Fehler. Vertragsinformationen sind absolut minimal, nicht mal Beginn, Ende, Leistungen etc. Hier fehlt mir der Wille zur liebevollen Weiterentwicklung. Konkret habe ich diese App für Sambia installiert. Leider habe direkt vor Ort die Registrierung verloren, da ich natürlich eine lokale Mobilfunkkarte verwenden wollte. Leider funktionierte die Registrierung nicht mehr, da die App die lokale sambische Nummer akzeptiert hat. Damit konnte ich auch meine Versicherungsnummer nicht mehr registrieren und habe überhaupt keine Infos über Sambia mehr bekommen, nicht einmal die Adresse der Botschaft. Also der worst case. Ein entsprechender Fehlerbericht benötige über eine Woche für eine Antwort, als ich bereits auf der Heimreise war. Die neue Version zeigt keine diesbezüglichen Verbesserungen. Im Gegenteil, Sambia ist nun als Land unbekannt... Da es nicht richtig unterstützt wird? Keine Ahnung. Hier ist noch viel zu tun. Insbesondere ein direkter Kontakt zur Versicherung über die App als Chat und Audio wäre toll. Ich werde die App weiter beobachten. Meine Tochter ist noch in Sambia.
