Love this new app.  The Ergo Assessment tool gave a suggestion that I hadn’t considered, yet instantly improved my home office experience.
I set reminders and choose stretch exercise that help me remember to move, even when I’m busy.  The videos are a great help in doing the stretches to their maximum potential.
