В инструкции написано, что нужно вводить 7 цифр номера кровати, методом тыка оказалось, что 13 цифр. Приложение не работает корректно. Язык только английский. Будильник не срабатывает на заведённое время, просто всплывает окно, ни музыки, ни массажа нет.

I have a 690 with Bluetooth module. I tried entering the serial number, it won't take it. Don't wast your time with this JUNK app written by a 3rd grader...
Developer don't bother posting the same deadbeat response that you keep posting.

Won’t accept a 7 or 11 digit serial number. The serial number is in fact 22 digits, with one letter and 20 numbers.

Entering first or last, 7 or 11 numbers only, without the letter, doesn’t work.

Invalid serial number error.

Nice idea. Dumb execution.
Base has six numbers. 
Base-i###### ID number.
App request SEVEN numbers to function properly. 
Poor programming or poor communication between company and programmer. 
A waste of my time by another app.

App says it will work with any ergomotion base but won't connect to mine. Keeps telling me my serial number is invalid. Tried talking to someone from the company but they weren't much help in solving this issue. I just wanna be able to use the functions of this bed to its fullest and it seems like no one from ergomotion wants to give me real answers or help.

**Developer response:** You need to have a Bluetooth compatible Ergomotion foundation in order for the app to operate your base, please contact customer service via e-mail info@ergomotion.com or telephone 1-888-550-3746 to get this resolved in a timely matter.

Can't even get past the log in. App asks for email address but will only accept 7 letters; serial is not recognized. How is the app suppose to work properly?

Bluetooth connection was super easy - one tap only! Don’t be intimidated by the other reviews; most likely user error or didn’t know they had WiFi base vs. Bluetooth. No issues at all with the app; enjoying rolling thunder sleep function as I write this review before my first night’s rest with the new adjustable base.
