### 4/5 — Really good!

*2015-04-23, version 4.0*

Really like this. Two things I would like to see in order to get 5 stars:
1. More info on what the stretch is
2. An option to add more than 4 reminders.

### 4/5 — Good; a couple tweaks, please

*2014-12-05, version 4.0*

I love this app. I use it on my iPad 2 at work to prevent feeling tired, cramped, and sore at the end of the day in front of a computer.

However, the following tweaks would move it to 5 stars in my view:
1. Add speech prompt when switching to a new stretch, not just when switching sides.
2. The green circle around the start button is very off center (is NOT around the start button) on my iPad 2.
3. Make the information about how to view the stretch visible, or, when the (i) icon is tapped and showing the info, update the info when the stretch changes.

### 4/5 — Good app

*2013-09-17, version 2.1.1*

Good and useful. Allow option to skip weekends. Also include switching time between exercises, not just between switching sides.

### 4/5 — Great!!

*2013-08-20, version 2.1.1*

This app is a life saver for those of us who work at a desk all day and tend to forget to move around. I definitely think this app has significantly helped me reduce my feelings of aching and tension headaches that I would typically have by midafternoon. The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is because of the way the stretches are counted down. For instance if you are stretching 1 leg then you are to switch to the other the app counts down from 3 giving you time to switch legs. However, it would be helpful if there was also a count down when switching exercises within the same stretching session, particularly when it is the lower body where you may need to get a leg onto a chair or something along those lines.

### 4/5 — Fix the icon on iPad, please!

*2013-08-17, version 2.1.1*

The title says it all...

### 4/5 — Great but could use a few tweaks

*2013-08-14, version 2.1.1*

I love the stretches and the alarms for reminders but as another said sound would be helpful. Also, a couple seconds in between each stretch, not only while switching sides, would be nice.

### 4/5 — Professional

*2013-08-09, version 2.1.1*

This app has loads of ways to stretch and apply ergonomics to your life, but I was surprised it did not have audible instructions like the 7 Minute workout. When doing stretches, you have to read your screen to know how long to hold the stretch and when to change, while the screen dims from not being touched. If they could add sound to this app, it would make it much more user friendly.

### 4/5 — Well Done

*2013-07-04, version 2.1.1*

Great help the stretches do make a difference.

### 4/5 — Great app...

*2013-05-25, version 2.1*

But more exercises please! I'd love more variety.

### 5/5 — Great for students!

*2012-08-29, version 1.0.1*

Great app for students cooped up in the library all day!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Missing Features

*2020-08-19, version 5.0.2*

I am not seeing any alarm function on this app. Just stretch routines and workspace suggestions.

### 1/5 — Requires password, not enough alarms

*2014-04-17, version 3.0.2*

I'm disappointed that the app required me to create an account just to use it.

I really need an intelligently designed app to remind me to do my Bruegger's Relief Position stretch for 30 secs every 20 minutes while I'm at work. I need to be able to tell it my schedule, it needs to be responsive when the screen is locked (like a cloud player app), it needs to interrupt audio through the headphones, etc. This app is not it.

I used to use Workrave for the PC, but I don't want to install it on my work computer at my new job.

### 1/5 — Can't create an account

*2013-12-04, version 3.0*

I used to use this app all the time, but when the update required you to create an account, I wasn't able to so now I can't use the app at all. It keeps telling me my full name "can only contain letters" even though that's obviously all I entered in that field.

Please help, I'd love to use the updated version!

### 2/5 — Log-in required

*2014-01-09, version 3.0.2*

Need to create an account or allow facebook access to use. Immediately deleted

### 2/5 — Like it but, forced sign up!!

*2013-12-04, version 3.0*

Recent change app, requires sign-up and email address to use!

Need to program the app so it does not shutdown or dim down while someone is performing the exercises

Reminds you to stretch and has different exercises.

### 3/5 — Great potential but not there yet

*2020-11-24, version 5.0.2*

My main problem while using this app is that it forces me to keep tapping the screen to prevent my phone from putting it to sleep. Other apps don’t do this.

### 3/5 — Needs more development

*2014-07-29, version 3.0.2*

The concept for this app is good, but this app still needs development. I like the examples of stretches, but the graphics and explanations could be better. I like that you can set the times, but I also want to set the days (I don't need to be reminded on weekends when I am already active). Needs ability to add own activities and points. Need a way to manage or edit activities.

### 3/5 — decent solution

*2013-09-25, version 2.1.1*

I still haven't figured out how to "switch" for some of the stretches.

### 3/5 — Confusing app icon

*2013-08-08, version 2.1.1*

I recommend changing the app icon. It doesn't match what it really does.

### 3/5 — Cool app, but....

*2013-05-04, version 2.0.1*

Cool app, but the reminder alarms don't shut off. I have them turned off, and they still remind me 4 times a day. Very annoying. Definitely worth it as long as that is fixed, though.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Really helpful

*2016-09-10*

Well designed

### 5/5 — Very good app

*2015-06-30, version 4.0*

I tried a few free apps before I tried this one..and it is the best. The reminders are great and the exercises work well. I would recommend.

### 5/5 — 👍👍👍

*2014-11-16, version 4.0*

the update made this app even better and easier to use.

### 5/5 — Posture Improving

*2014-11-16, version 4.0*

Helpful app. Lots of good tips and timely reminders when I forget to get up and move around and do stretches.
And it's nice that the app doesn't nag for you to review like so many other apps.

### 5/5 — Good way to get in quick stretches

*2014-04-09, version 3.0.2*

I like the reminders and picture samples. Hopefully the developer can include a beep between different stretches to be reminded of switching without constantly looking at the screen. Also, can you make the app prevent the phone from going to sleep?

### 5/5 — I love it

*2013-11-11, version 2.1.1*

Good job

I like this mini coach app. Stretches are essential and makes feel sooo good. Neat app.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2013-08-10, version 2.1.1*

It's good because sitting for hours gets you fat and taking a break actually helps

### 5/5 — Great app

*2013-07-09, version 2.1.1*

This is an excellent little app that I use quite a bit when I am forced to sit for long times. I recommend!

### 5/5 — Telling all my patients about this!

*2013-04-29, version 2.0.1*

As a chiropractor, good posture and ergonomics is a very important part of getting and keeping people healthy in my office. I have reviewed every piece of information in this app and am quite impressed with the level of detail, especially the timing for the stretches (all for 30 seconds). I will be sharing this on my office FB page today!

### 5/5 — Great!

*2012-11-20, version 1.02*

An extremely handy app for college students & professionals alike.
