So far this person has scammed her for almost $100,000!! In November she lost her husband of 60 years and in February lost her 28 year old daughter to cancer. She hasn’t been in her right mind for a while now and says she’s I love with him! I hope Eric Church is made aware of this situation and can help! ### 4/5 — Ultimate Church Fan App *2019-09-08* Point distribution is only confusing aspect. I DIDN’T GET A CODE *2021-05-06, version 1718* This is not what I expected from Eric Church and it has definitely changed the way I think of him. I received an email to upgrade my membership to in order to receive a presale code to buy tickets before the general public. I paid $35.00 to upgraded my membership but cannot get a code. It says “you have no codes available “. There’s no refund option. Totally disappointed in Eric Church. I most likely will not buy anymore of his music. ### 1/5 — New App Update *2019-09-15* The new app update is absolutely terrible. Complete loss of communication and sharing new concert updates. It’s hard to use, hard to find other members and information from members now. It was wonderful and fun prior!! Hopefully they listen to the majority of Choir Members and change it back!! ### 1/5 — Misleading! *2019-07-21, version 1525* Great artist but the Church Choiris bs, 1st off. It entices you to spend $35 to join by promoting a free vinyl album, normally$20 in the merchandise section, but in all it still costs over $17 bucks to get it! 2nd, they don’t respond to emails like they claim when I asked about the album and how a FREE album costs $17! 3rd, it says they sell pit passes to the shows exclusively and notify us when available, I haven’t seen any yet after 3 months! Not impressed honestly. Was expecting more paying to join the church choir and told to use the app when I was supposed to use the website instead. Pretty much the app is Twitter for Eric church and that’s all. Worthless other than that. ### 1/5 — Bad ticket buying experience *2019-01-25* This app is great in theory, however it’s functionality is terrible. I am a verified fan as many other are on this app and so many people have had the same issues I’ve had. I get tickets and go through the entire checkout process, and it gives me an error... I can understand when demand outweighs supply, but don’t let me get all the way through the checkout process before telling me the tickets I’ve selected are not available. Many people have wasted a lot of time on this app trying to buy tickets. I love EC, but am extremely disappointed in this app experience. ### 1/5 — Horrible App! *2018-09-28* Very disappointed fan! I’ve done everything that the website and instructions say for the past two years! Text message didn’t work! Got an email about the technical issues! Now this application! I have paid my membership as Eric apparently doesn’t like scalpers so I thought I’d try it! All these membership is more of a scam than scalpers! I would trust scalpers than paying another year of membership! This is a joke and Very disappointing to most fans who have tried everything and got their hopes up! I’ve also tried to try reach out for my 2 reimbursement of the membership since it didn’t work the first time but came out of my bank account! I couldn’t care less about vinyl, I haven’t had a record player for 30 years. At least give me this information before taking my money. ### 3/5 — Apple Music Fail *2021-06-28* I have an Apple Music subscription, I have enabled permissions for the app yet still can’t use the Apple Music link in this app. Please get it fixed. Did get presale codes contrary to other reviewers so that was good.
