However, the fact that it doesn’t work with the PS5 is seemingly disappointing. Erica is a wonderful game experience that I missed out on during the PS4 generation. I’ve been playing it on my PS5 but the game insists the experience is better with the app versus the controller. I read some other reviews here that detail some of the great things the app can do and feel like I’ve missed out somewhat. I played it 3 times back to back as soon as the credits finished rolling. I have played games like Detroit Become Human, Life is Strange series, Until Dawn, Dark Pictures Anthology, Heavy Rain etc. and this one is really up there. Choice based games are my favourite and this one is up there, in fact it was a first time for me playing through a real life movie and such an amazing experience.
