From someone who struggles to know what to do when going to the gym and needing some consistency and encouragement to get stronger and fitter, having this app in my pocket has changed my life. Not only are there smart, structured, and intentional workouts, but also Erica is personally available on the app at all times of the day (built-in chat) to support with questions, form, and any explanations on any questions you may have. There are built-in videos with explanations of each and every move. You can do the workout on your own time and at your own pace (not a video-based workout), which makes this super accessible and easy. There are also plenty of workout options depending on what equipment you may have (bands, light dumbbells, heavy dumbbells, etc), so if you are traveling or not at your normal gym, you always have something to choose from. Each month she releases new content to keep the workouts fresh and keeping your body challenged.
