DESCRIPTION

Written by the same Eric that developed the Eric's Solitaire Sample that came on every Mac in the U.S. and Eric's Ultimate Solitaire for Mac OS. You can drag and drop or tap cards to move them. You can even throw the cards with a shove! Supports portrait and landscape orientations and has a fun user interface.

Spider is one of the most popular variations of solitaire. It's Eric's favorite as it offers lots of room for skill and almost every deal can be won.

Your game is saved when you quit or get a call and is quickly restored when you return.

Used to play Spider too much on my iPad but not at all now that portrait view won’t rotate when my iPad is positioned landscape. Text etc. is too big on an iPad when in landscape view.

I love this app! Even if I take a break from spider solitaire, I ALWAYS come back to Eric’s. I have the paid version. The aesthetic of this app is unmatched among the other spider solitaire games in the App Store.

I don’t mind seeing the ads pop up. What I do mind is these constant game advertisements which take forever to finish showing. Flash them up and let us choose to download it or get back to our game. I’m about ready to quit the app.

If there are ads, I don’t like the game!

That's how I primarily make money and stay in business and pay for food etc. :) However, I also have paid versions of my games where you can pay $1 or $2 and play with no ads ever. Would give this a 5 star except for the ads that pop up.  It’s not so much the ads as the fact that some have LOUD music that immediately starts playing really makes me dislike this game. It is so annoying and even embarrassing if I am in a doctor’s office waiting room or somewhere else that is quiet.

**Developer response:** The latest version should be much better at handling sound in ads! The advertisers have made a better effort to support playing ads with audio off.
