Slightly dissapointed that some features were taken away and now my throttle curve feels awful. WE’RE PEOPLE TOO😭 ### 4/5 — MUCH BETTER NOW! *2025-04-19* I purchased the Eride Pro SR a few weeks ago and initially found it unclear whether my bike’s firmware was up to date. Fortunately, with the latest app update, it’s now possible to update the bike’s firmware directly through the app—a much-needed and welcome improvement. That said, the app still has a few bugs, particularly with profile selection and other usability issues that could use some refinement. 4 Stars ### 2/5 — I have a SR unfortunately this is the only app that works *2025-03-23* I have to reconnectand and put in a password every time I use the app bad programming it needs new software. ### 2/5 — Crashing *2025-03-20* Trying to un lock the 25kw and I hit agree. About to get rid of this bike and put my son back on a 2-Stroke MX bike. However, i can never get past the “loading” and it just kicks me off the connection and I’m back at the start. No bike updates, no firmware updates, no app updates, it just doesn’t work.
