You guys need to update this app regularly

So with money in the account, will be charged a fee for pending purchases because apparently it comes off twice or if it is predicted to be overdrawn in the future or whenever they feel like it really. Charging people for a purchase on an account that has enough money to cover the purchases is fraudulent. This is how they treat long term customers. With extra fees that are unexplainable

This app is HORRIBLE. Takes forever to load IF that. And it be like that for days. It’s just worthless. Just go on the web and check balance or anything else on there.

The app only works about half the time and good luck trying to get your secure access code when it randomly decides it doesn’t trust your phone every other day because they are lost in the dark ages with calling the phone instead of sending a text, and a good portion of the time it doesn’t actually call and when it does it is silent.

There aren’t any options for alerts in the notifications tab of the app settings. I genuinely believe that there should be an option for that, considering that there are people who can obtain your card information and purchases with your card. You’ll never know about these charges because we don’t have an option to receive notifications for them.

It’s a decent app for a credit union. But can it be upgraded for iPhone X support?? It doesn’t use the whole screen and doesn’t support Face ID

Really I am happy to have this mobile app from Erie Federal Credit Union. I would be very happy if this app can let us use Touch ID to enter our account.
