## What is Erik's Day?

Erik's Day is a simple, private way for a family to keep track of one person's daily care.

Tap to log sleep, naps and wake-ups, meals (with how much was eaten), mood, bathroom visits, and free-text notes. Every entry has a time you can adjust, and you can edit or delete anything later. Browse back through earlier days with a quick day picker.

Built for shared caregiving:
• All information is stored as files in an iCloud Drive folder that YOU choose and control.
• Share one folder with the family, and everyone can log from their own iPhone or iPad — entries appear together, kept in sync by iCloud.
• No account to create, no sign-in, no ads, and no tracking. Nothing is sent to the developer or any third party.

Available in English and Norwegian — switch anytime with a tap.

Erik's Day is for parents, families and caregivers who want a calm, no-fuss record of how a day went, with the data staying entirely in their own iCloud.
