## What is Erindale Pitch Tracker?

Erindale Pitch Tracker helps little league coaches log pitch counts and track mandatory-rest eligibility for every player on their roster, including players who rotate between multiple teams.

Built for the realities of youth baseball, the app keeps pitch counts accurate across teams, surfaces who is and isn't eligible to pitch on any given day, and helps protect young arms from accidental overuse.

WHO IT'S FOR
  • This app is built for adult volunteer coaches and league administrators of Erindale Little League. It is not intended for use by children. Players do not create accounts; coaches enter and review pitch records on the players' behalf.

HOW IT WORKS
  • League administrators approve which coaches can sign in. Approved coaches log in with their email, select their team, and log pitches as they happen.
  • Pitch counts and eligibility status update immediately and remain accurate across every team a player appears on.

PRIVACY
  • We collect only what's needed to operate the app: coach email and account info (via Firebase Authentication) and the team and pitch records coaches enter. 
  • Data is stored securely in Google Firebase. We do not sell or share data with advertisers, and we do not use it for any purpose outside operating the app on behalf of the league.

### 1.4 — 2026-08-19

Please keep the app updated: After September 30, older versions of the app will no longer be able to save
pitch counts. Turn on automatic updates so you are not caught out mid-season.

Recent activity, in the right order
The admin activity list now sorts by when a game was actually logged, not by the
date the game was played. If a coach catches up on a few games from last week,
those entries show up at the top where you'll see them, instead of being filed
back under last week's dates. Every entry now tells you how long ago it was
logged.

Fixing your own mistakes
Logged a game for an earlier date and got the pitch count wrong? You now get the
usual five minutes to delete and re-enter it yourself. Before, entries for past
games skipped that window entirely and needed an admin to remove them.

Logging without a signal
Logging from a field with no reception no longer costs you that five-minute
window.
