## What is Erkatooy?

Erkatooy is a mobile application that connects parents with their educational institution in one convenient digital environment.

The app is designed for parents whose children attend educational institutions using the Erkatooy platform. It provides personalized access to information about a child, communication with the institution, schedules, attendance, notifications, and other services enabled by the institution.

KEY FEATURES

Parents can access relevant information about their child through their personal account.

Attendance
View attendance information recorded by the educational institution and stay informed about a child's attendance.

Schedules

Payments
When enabled by the educational institution, parents can use the available payment service to pay for educational services provided by the institution.

PERSONALIZED ACCESS

The information available in the application depends on the user's role and the services enabled by the educational institution. Parents only receive access to information associated with their account and their child.

FOR EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Erkatooy is part of a broader management ecosystem that includes Erkatooy.ERP. Educational institutions can use the ERP platform to manage children, parents, groups, employees, teachers, attendance, schedules, financial information, notifications, and other organizational processes.

The mobile application provides parents with a convenient interface for interacting with the institution and accessing information made available to them.

HOW IT WORKS

1. An educational institution uses the Erkatooy platform.
2. The institution manages its organizational information through Erkatooy.ERP.
3. Parents receive access to the mobile application.
4. Parents sign in to their personal account.
5. The application displays the information and services available to the parent.

Erkatooy helps educational institutions centralize communication and information while giving parents convenient mobile access to their child's educational experience.
