And then it decides to send one ball right after the other one, or sand balls to the bottom of the net. When we have to pay to use the ball machine and have the balls are useless it’s pretty frustrating. It’s a great idea, but you gotta fix it.!! ### 1/5 — App Often Goes Rougue *2025-05-23* While the machine is quite stellar, the app often goes rogue and will get stuck in a sequence where it’s just shooting balls at you in rapid sequence, totally abandoning the program you have set up, and then sometimes the stop button disappears, so you have no way to turn it off other than the kill the app, which sometimes doesn’t even turn the machine off and you have to actually go over and physically power it off to get it to come back to normal. ### 5/5 — Apple Watch App *2025-03-16* Great app and great machine. It has various ball placement options and settings. I had to set up ball placement and start the machine on the app before using the remote control or the placement of the balls would not follow what I selected in the app. I prefer the remote control to start and stop the machine because it faster, due to the phone screen locking, and is less cumbersome in my pocket.
