I can’t see my data. ### 2/5 — Bluetooth Lag *2023-06-12, version 1.2.0* Lag in updating in the app from the scale has been up to 5 minutes. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app several times and it’s only instantaneously the first time after app is reinstalled. All other features appear to be good. ### 2/5 — Many quirks *2021-12-16, version 1.1.4* The app quickly breaks down when there are multiple users. Multiple problems with the app confusing the user accounts. My data was auto populated to my wife’s. It thought a 60 lb weight gain in one week was reasonable. Worse yet is that there is no option to highlight an entry and reassign to another user. Quite annoying!!! ### 3/5 — Not properly tested iPhone 13 Mini *2021-10-23, version 1.1.3* Some screen elements are missing when in Trending mode, those are missing from bottom of charts Also when trying to delete a data point, the delete/trash can is missing from the botton of the screen making it impossible to delete the data. A last point, using grey text on a white background makes it very difficult to read the text, not everyone has the ability to read text in such low contrast. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Unpredictable *2025-04-17, version 1.4.0* Highly unpredictable. I follow the instructions to the T and occasionally the weight and such will show up on my app, but for the most part, my weight, etc., does not connect to the scale. When I text the company, all of a sudden things showed up, but only for that day. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t synch *2025-01-26, version 1.4.0* I had high hopes for this scale and app. The first couple times I used it, it synched with the scale…but it no longer does. I have to manually enter my weight, and none of the other body measurements show up. Total junk. ### 1/5 — App rarely syncs data *2024-05-05, version 1.3.0* The app does not do what it is supposed to do. I’m on an iPhone 12 with iOS 17.4.1 It’s basically a lucky coincidence when the data finally syncs. Total disappointment! ### 1/5 — Two thumbs down *2024-02-19, version 1.2.1* Brand new out of the box, brand new batteries installed, unit WILL NOT SYNC with my iPhone that is running the latest iOS. Bluetooth is ON, scale scale in ON, scale not found. Calls to Customer Service direct me to voice mail. Message left. Plots are based on events, not time. If you weight a month, a year, or a day apart, these will be shown in the plot at the same distance. 2. If several accounts are set, sometimes assigns the weight to the wrong account, and cannot be edited. ### 2/5 — Poor User Interface *2024-07-18, version 1.3.0* The app works great with the scale. However, I wish there was more customization ability for the user. Ability to track measurements from certain time periods, or track cycles for weight gain and weight loss. Could be a lot better, but could also be worse ### 2/5 — Disappointing *2024-04-12, version 1.3.0* I feel that I cannot use the scale to its full potential because of the mediocrity of this app. It works great with Android, but does not connect to Apple (iPhone 15, iOS 17.3). Also, as mentioned a couple years ago, the poor contrast makes it next to impossible to read for many users. This is an easy fix, developers!! 3 months later I’m reducing my two star review to one and checking my return window. Too bad. Connectivity solution *2026-02-03, version 1.6.1* I had the scale for a little while now and it works great. If you experience connectivity issues then start the scale first and give it few seconds before starting the app. Alternatively close and restart the app once the scale is on. The only thing I don’t like is the sound it makes when it is done recording. That’s a depressing sound. You almost feel bad for using the scale. Please change it to something happier 🙂 ### 5/5 — Scale *2025-04-25, version 1.4.0* Works great! And very easy to use ### 5/5 — An App that Works! But hard to see *2021-10-05, version 1.1.3* Finally, an app that works with Bluetooth seamlessly and gives you accurate information instantaneously! It’s very easy to connect to the scale and works very very well. My only comment is that the text size could be bigger and easier to read I don’t know if anyone else has this problem but I can hardly see the font either because of the size and/or the color. ### 5/5 — Great for tracking my progress! *2019-08-13, version 1.0.1* They really nailed it with this one :)... I absolutely love the new scale and also the design of this app. Super easy to use and think it is much better than the past app/scale combo I used from another brand. ### 4/5 — Scale and App *2024-02-09, version 1.2.1* Scale is nice ($150 on Amazon) and easy to see and use. You need this app ($0) to track everything. It is simple to set up and seamless to pair each time. I take away one star on the app because the font is so faint it is barely visible. Kind of strange choice when the scale is so bold and clean. Suggestion: it would be nice to also have the definition in a pop out on the graphs tab. Also, the name of the graph in a bigger identifiable font and darker too. ### 4/5 — Eros scale app *2020-06-21, version 1.0.2* Love this scale and would recommend but the app could be better. The text size inside inside the hexagons is too small and the font color faint. Also yellow fonts might not be very visible for some people. I’m suggesting to improve the contrast so that the app is readable for color blind people and people with vision problems.
