This scam app has been chrarging my credit card but the receiver never received the credit and customer service phone number isn't available.

**Developer response:** We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, we recently lost access to our support phone number, but we are actively working on updating it along with many new improvements in the upcoming app update.

In the meantime, please email us at info@ersalapp.com with the email address linked to your account and the phone number you attempted to top up. Our support team will promptly investigate your request. If the transaction failed, we will either reprocess the top-up or issue a refund as per your preference.

Please note, we process over 500 transactions daily, and the vast majority are successful. In rare cases, issues may arise due to unverified or incorrect phone numbers — but we’re always here to help resolve them.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. Kindly refrain from labeling the app as a scam, as we are committed to serving our users with transparency and fairness.
