Used to be better when logging in with Face ID ### 2/5 — Use to be good *2025-06-29* I use this app for work, with the last update that happened the week of June 26th, I use to be able to just login with my Face ID on my iPhone, now it logs me out and I have to type in my password, I even added my password to auto fill and it now is 3 more steps just to log in where before the Face ID would log me right in and I would be able to navigate the app. I am happy to update my review once this update it resolved. Thank you. ### 2/5 — Meh *2025-05-10* My job has us using this app and it is horrible. Can’t find location half of the time doesn’t load won’t take me to my page. I had to take it off and re-download a few times. ### 2/5 — No horizontal support for IPad and Keyboard use *2024-03-16* You cannot put the app horizontally for use with a keyboard on an IPad. Being able to type with a keyboard is much more efficient when working within time constraints. Almost every other app out there has this functionality. I strongly recommend adding this feature. ### 1/5 — Worst system businesses beware *2024-01-29* My company uses this system and we recently had a statewide outage. 2-3 weeks later, we’re up again but can’t reset our passwords as instructed. Can’t get ahold of the company. Each “support” specialist sends the same generic email with no help. Call the support helpline and it hangs up when you’re leaving a message. From my first glance I love the overall look. It was easy to navigate. Really anyone, even your non technology individuals, can quickly get around. My only question is when it shows my shifts for today, I am unable to click into the shift itself. Not an option to clock in/out and complete my activities for my clients. Im hoping we'll be able to do this. I am not sure if this app is just for "schedule viewing" or if we will be able to interact with it. But I'm sure their "just coming out glitches" and will be fixed soon. I was however, able to click on our broadcasts to see what shifts are open and up for grabs, and also accept or decline those shifts. So hoping we'll be able to do the other too soon. I'm excited for this coming out! Just fix that one problem and we'll be golden! My only other wish is to have an option that shows us Caregivers/CNAs which activities we've missed and for which client/date. Giving us a notification or putting it in a tab that will show as a "check list" for clients activities completed / missed. It would make it easier on us and our employers; not having to reach out to us when we miss a day. Often, I have to go through each shift for each day to double check that I've completed them. It's time consuming. I 98% of the time do it at the end of my shift but occasionally I forget and have to go through everyone I had for the week. There is no system to inform me that I've missed someone. But thanks for making an app for us on the go!
