## What is ERview Sarnia?

ERview Sarnia shows an estimated wait time at the Bluewater Health emergency department, based on anonymous reports from people in Sarnia who are waiting there.

How it works
When you arrive at the ER, tap "I just arrived at ER." Tap again when a nurse triages you, and once more when you see a doctor. ERview combines these anonymous reports into an estimate of the wait from arrival to seeing a doctor, updated every 5 minutes, so others can plan.

Built for privacy
No account, no name, no health details. Your location is checked on your phone only, to show which reports come from people at the hospital, and your coordinates are never sent to us. Individual reports are deleted after about 12 hours.

Important
ERview shows community-reported estimates, not official hospital information. If you have a medical emergency, call 911. Never delay care because of a wait estimate.

ERview Sarnia is an independent community project by IThero Solutions and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bluewater Health.
