We have had nothing but problems with the app. It’s continual with seemingly no resolutions in sight. From work orders not loading to hours not being saved. Every week it’s something that causes me to take extra steps with our office. I’ve updated everything that was requested and still it fails. Absolute garbage

I have two phone one with 2.16 version the other with 2.0. The older version actually show me correct location of my equipment. The new version does not. The only way to track is by following trips. Need more support on app

It takes multiple attempts to get the next page to load. Often I have to close the app and restart it to be able to open a work order, I get the invalid token message a lot. If I have several work orders assigned to me it is even worse. Does your phone not have full 5G? Be patient, it’s going to take awhile. I think your server blows and your trackers don’t track well. I’ve seen machine locations be wrong for several days. The behavior of this app is what I would expect if it were free. I wouldn’t waste my money on it.

While using this app. It doesn’t load up any job listings , instead it just stays in the loading process. It takes a long time to use this app especially when I force close it 6x back to back for the app to work. And I have full service.

I cannot stress the awesomeness of this app  
It’s many features make tracking my rentals easy, logging my guys hours onsite easier, and renting equipment the easiest. Watch out rental market. We have a company coming on strong and will make waves in this industry mark my words.
