esa mobile™ is the offline data collection client for the esa-webms.co.uk mystery shopping platform. esa mobile™ enables easy and accurate data collection and delivery. It is FREE for individual use and is perfectly suited for “mystery shopping”, client intercept surveys, exit surveys, targeted marketing surveys, internal audits and many other forms of data collection. I’ve been mystery shopper sometime and using the app to submit the stuff is slightly easier at times as long as your not flicking between to look the pictures taken or the information as freezes and deletes progress. Having a better map system for the job allocation would be so much more beneficial on mobile as it’s useless at present
