## What is eSalut?

L'eSalut MetroNord és una nova eina de l'Hospital Germans Trias i l'Atenció Primària de la Metropolitana Nord per ajudar als pacients a ser protagonistes actius del tractament i el seguiment de la seva pròpia malaltia.
L’app eSalut necessita utilitzar les dades d’Apple Health per al seu correcte funcionament.
