## What is ESC CVD Risk Calculation?

The ESC CVD Risk Calculation App is designed for healthcare professionals. It provides calculators assessing individual cardiovascular risk. It includes calculators for primary and secondary prevention in various populations:

* Available online on U-Prevent (Internet connection required)

The ESC CVD Risk Calculation App is available in English. It provides guidance to the most adapted calculator for your patient, and provides an estimation of cardiovascular risk. Of note, patient data are not stored in the App.

This application is only for informative use and is not intended to provide therapeutic support or diagnosis assistance.

This Application is powered by the European Society of Cardiology (ESC), based upon the source codes of the U-Prevent webtool, a concept developed by University Medical Center Utrecht, redesigned and owned by ORTEC.

The SCORE2, SCORE2-OP and SCORE2-Diabetes calculators were developed in collaboration with the ESC Cardiovascular Risk Collaboration unit.

The Application has recently been updated in the framework of the EAPC IMPLEMENT Programme (2023) which was supported by Novo Nordisk in the form of an educational grant. The sponsor did not have any involvement or influence on the features nor on the scientific content within the Application.

Es una aplicación que se utiliza en todo el SNS en atención primaria de España y está en idioma inglés. La aplicación va bien , en mi centro de salud la utilizan casi todos los médicos y residentes pero tiene el inconveniente que está en inglés. Creo q es bastante simple como para poder actualizarla y traducirla al español.

Sarebbe sicuramente utile se in associazione al calcolo di SCORE2 e SCORE2-OP fossero riportate in forma tabellare le categorie di rischio cardiovascolare della ESC con i livelli target specifici di LDL da raggiungere e le percentuali di riduzione ottenibili con le varie formulazioni di statine e le associazioni con Ezetimibe e PCSK9i.
