Other than that app is excellent ### 3/5 — Lacking a lot *2021-03-06, version 3.6.1* Concept is good, but so much needs to be improved. iPad app is ok, on the phone it’s terrible. Would never go back to paper copies as the emailed certs look so much more professional. The app is easy to use to generate certs on your mobile. Customer service is exceptional. Bianca responds without fail to any queries and deftly sorts out any problems.
