## What is Escape Fitness?

Available as a free download for Apple IOS, the Escape Your Limits app has been designed to provide the gym goer, personal trainer or at-home enthusiast access to key workouts and exercises to help them get the most out of their Escape Fitness equipment. It demonstrates how to perform specific exercises, and provides workouts to achieve core improvement, strength, HIIT and weight loss goals.

Users can watch individual exercises or entire workout schedules performed by Escape trainers with a wide range of functional tools. The Deck 2.0, Corebags, Sandbags, Multi Grip Medballs, Bulgarian Bags, CMTs, GRIPRs, Plyosoft Boxes, Kettlebells, Bars and Plates, VERTBALLs, Battle Ropes and TIYR are all included. ### 1/5 — Can’t create an account or log in. Worthless app

I get sent an email with my login and password (you don’t create your own password). When I try to sign in using these, i get a message telling me they’re wrong. No contact for help or support. Don’t waste your time, just get a better fitness app

It asked for my name and email and said it would send a login in 5 min and it never did. I tried forgot password since I already entered my email thinking I could work around it, nope. Tried to join from scratch again and still never sent the login.

I like the app and that you can integrate your own music. The problem I have is that the app gets frozen or completely kicks me out. It looks like this has been out for a couple years-can’t this be fixed at this point? 

Also, it would be nice if you could ‘select all’ when choosing music rather than hand selecting each song for each exercise set. Maybe having an entire list than can be used for each workout. Thanks

When I downloaded the app because I bought the workout bench, there were no exercises in that category, when I checked the other catagories the only one that had programs were the wod rings.

Only three equipment categories show up in the library’s and all three of those are blank. The only one category in certain exercises for exercise rings in the library for that is also blank.

The only reason I downloaded the app was for Deck exercise ideas. There is a Deck option in the “Sets” section, but it’s empty as is the “Recovery” section.  Obviously the app is no longer supported.  Don’t waste your time downloading.

Ridiculous sign up process only surpassed by the completely useless app. It’s slow and when you try to click on something, it only shows a blank page. Do yourself a favor and lookup stuff on YouTube. This is the absolute worst app ever designed and a complete waste of time
