The lakeside and mountain peaks spread out before your eyes, as well as the open-air guest room bath with free-flowing spring water, and the balcony overlooking the lakeside.
Birds chirping, the sound of trees, and the fireplace all add up to a quality stay.
Welcome to our hotel in a hidden corner of the world, where sunlight gently seeps in.
We have specially prepared the "Lake View" room for you, which is the corner suite on the top floor of the hotel.

・There is a hint button from MENU which is the upper left corner of the screen.

I was enjoying this game but in the first level I solved most of the puzzles until the towels couldn't be moved and I couldn't progress with the game so ended up deleting it

First of all, I could only get 1 hint.  Then I got stuck and I needed another hint but couldn’t get it. I couldn’t figure out what to do next. So, I looked at a walkthrough and realized that the shards picture puzzle that I completed was supposed to get me some bonsai shears from the thing below the picture. The thing below the picture never opened up so I couldn’t get the shears. So I deleted the game. NO GOOD!!!

This game seemed to have bugs. I was on the 2nd level (?) in the restaurant, when things seemed to go awry. The game did not seem to be progressing and I ended up continuously clicking on everything, over and over, trying to make something change or happen. 
I solved the chopstick puzzle, by accident, before the table clues even appeared. I realized I needed a match to light the burner, but my matches had disappeared. When I located the lone match, I didn’t have the clue. I tried getting a “hint”, but it only said “Failed to fetch video.”
I finally had to find an online walkthrough, but the “crab” solution did not work. 
Rather than starting all over again, I just deleted the game.

I understand the point of the game and it could be fun but the things that you need to figure out aren’t logical. Have to use “hints” all the time.
