## What is Escape Game?

“Wait… a school uniform? So you’re a high school girl…? Don’t tell me—you’re a ghost!?”
“Hey, mister… you seem nice. If I’m really dead, will you help me move on?”

Escape Game: Tokyo Backstreets is a story-driven escape puzzle game set in a familiar Tokyo alleyway—twisted into something unsettling and otherworldly.

After an accident, a kind-hearted, overworked office worker wakes up in a deserted alley late at night. There he meets Shizuku Otori, a girl with no memories who calls herself a bound spirit. Tap to investigate suspicious spots, solve mechanisms, and collect “Fragments of the Heart.” With each fragment, Shizuku’s memories slowly return, and the truth behind this place begins to surface.

Is this reality… or something else?

Features:

A short, drama-like experience that advances through dialogue and puzzles
An eerie Tokyo backstreet setting: familiar scenery with a subtle, wrong-feeling vibe
Simple tap-only controls (no complex inputs)
Stage-clear progression: collect heart fragments to restore Shizuku’s memories and move the story forward
A hint system so you can keep going even if you get stuck

Playtime / Difficulty:
Estimated playtime: about 45–90 minutes
Difficulty: beginner to intermediate (fine even if it’s your first escape game)

Recommended for players who:
Like escape games and puzzle solving
Want a game with a strong story
Don’t like intense horror, but enjoy a slightly unsettling atmosphere
Want a satisfying, uplifting ending in a short play session
