Good app, but once your six week exercise programme is completed don’t expect to be able to reset progress and start again. 

It wants you to fill out a questionnaire before allowing for a reset, then it ignores your request and leaves all your previous progress ticked as completed.

I was recommended this app by my physiotherapist who set targeted exercises for my specific problem, but if it can only be used for the 6 weeks and not as an ongoing programme to keep the pain at bay …..what is the point ?
