The first box I need to open won’t open because the bars don’t fill to the top

When I try to do a level that it says all the way up to 10 but it doesn’t go all the way up to 10 and goes all way up to9 and I don’t know why and I’m only giving this a two star rating maybe I should make it one yeah I did

Would have loved to carry on playing except the items menu was in the way. It kept selecting the play items instead of the balloon behind it. Also there was not an option to hide the items menu. However up to that point it was enjoyable.
