Not enough clues. Too vague

It took me days to pass the first level.  I’ve done escape rooms before and thought this would be easy.  Give more clues and tell us how to use the items we find please!  And let us choose the levels we want to do, and not make us go in order!  I’m used to finishing these things in an hour or less, but like I’ve said it’s taken me days to pass the first level and I still haven’t!!!
