In Chapter 4, I got to a place where it said “Task has been completed” and then the game won’t go on form there- it’s just stuck! In Chapter 13, when you get to the vent in the room where you have to client the cabinet key, I have to click on the suitcase several times before it opens. Then it says use 5 coins to attempt but then freezes up. This is so annoying! I would like to finish the game! **Developer response:** Thanks for contacting HFG. In this level, first you collect six objects, then click the ladder (right side) near the zoom, and then an automatic hand symbol will show in the suitcase. Can’t get past the water valve in chapter 21 no matter what I choose from the suitcase toolbox. I get a choice to watch an ad/use 5 coins for another try, but the screen is frozen. Unable to even close out of this task and go elsewhere. Restarting the game doesn’t work, neither does rebooting the iPad.
