I am stuck on level 12 and I can’t find help anywhere....  the help buttons don’t work.

This escape room is fun and detailed but is easily confusing. Hints would be helpful.

More hints would be helpful. More descriptive hints, rather than just showing the answer would be helpful. Quit and deleted at level 20. The numbers puzzle was baffling.
