Esc swoops in to your local hvac , plumbing , trade office and sells this program to your boss for cheap. then will eventually raise the price. Esc for the technicians is another nightmare. it never loads, it never works. it never satisfies. it’s the opposite of a snickers bar. i bite into this and im sad and it makes my day miserable. SERVICETITAN ALL THE WAY! ### 1/5 — Screen bugs and glitches *2025-06-30* Constantly as a person in the field it’s hard to view timesheets and switch time with the screen just acting weird, on top of that some of us have multiple jobs in a day and they are moved back in forth, unless you have a computer you are very limited to moving jobs around. It is the worst I’ve ever used in my entire history of being an HVAC technician. Constant software issues always have to close out the app or delete it and re-download it just to get a call to appear or get photos to upload This app needs to drive off a bridge whoever created this is a lazy clown ### 1/5 — Awful *2025-04-14* More often than not this app fails to works properly. Freezes completely on the regular, dispatches won’t load. For a field tech this is a complete waste. Rarely see updates pushed out. Pushing hard to get my company to drop this. Down right awful. If you try and submit a bug report that errors out as well. Pretty awful when you try to report an error and you can’t because that doesn’t work either. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2025-01-28, version 1.0.10* There seems to be only one person who works on this app and they are an elementary school drop-out who eats paint chips. ### 1/5 — No Copy and Paste *2025-01-27, version 1.0.10* Can’t copy and paste certain things. Also, notification doesn’t work. My company says if you have this app installed on two different phones. It won’t work. Makes no sense. My work friend has the app on his iPhone and one on his android phone. Only his android phone gets the notification. After I deleted the app, it still won’t send me notifications when my schedule changes. I’ll adjust my score once this app gets these two things corrected. ### 1/5 — EscbyFieldEdge *2024-12-12* Worse then the last app Truly worthless, randomly loses signatures, and materials that have been imputed, and saved! Very frustrating Wouldn’t recommend it even if it was free! ### 1/5 — Forced to use this new app. *2024-08-09* Company has an acceptable app for years. Forced everyone to switch to this app. Now it gives problems every day. Non of the employees like it. Logged us out every day. Take long times to load dispatches, parts, customers and histories. Make me want to go back to paper invoices. ### 1/5 — Bad *2024-02-23* This app is the biggest hunk of junk. If I wasn’t required to use it by my employer I wouldn’t. The app is constantly crashing. Almost daily I need to uninstall and reinstall just to access my calls. Even then, uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t always work. This really slows down my day. The performance and of this “app” slows down taking payments and recording information. I’d give this a 0 star review if it were an option. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2024-01-02* This app is absolutely terrible. I don’t understand how these people are still in business. No update and 2+ years. I would rather handwrite tickets, then use this garbage but I have no choice. Too bad you can’t give zero stars because I would. I’m going back to the old app until FE steps their game up. ### 1/5 — Not good at all *2022-10-14* Over 50 employees having loading problems errors and crashes all the time, in order for the app to work, we have to delete it reinstall, re-sign in and it works for a couple of days. The old version still works fine. ### 1/5 — TERRIBLE! *2022-03-23* Loses notes, half of the time my dispatches won’t show up. I’ll log into jobs, but our corporate office can’t see that I’m working. This app has been a constant headache, yet ESC/Desco demands we use it instead of the original mobile app. ### 1/5 — Useless! *2021-12-31, version 1.0.8* As a manger I create a call after hours only to NOT be able to move it to the technician that needs it. Useless APP!!! ### 1/5 — I use it because I have to *2021-05-20* As a field technician we are constantly encountered with frustration from majority of our calls...with that being said, the one thing that gets you to that call is this app. I’m constantly being kicked out, it doesn’t want to open certain aspects of the app when needed, it’s just adding more stress to our daily work life. I’m not sure what needs to be done but something needs to change to where we can utilize this app for its intended purposes, which I would imagine my company is paying the app for. ### 1/5 — No Spell Check and EXTREMELY BUGGY *2020-12-18* No spell check, logs you out randomly, does not save the warehouse numbers, capitalizes every word when you hit the spacebar, crashes on a global scale, development is slow and the support for fixes has to know all this but can’t fix it obviously. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, LISTEN TO THE CRITICS. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Truly Awful *2026-04-15* This company took a turn for the worst about 5 years ago. We have been customers for close to 10 years at this point and I can’t stress how truly horrible their mobile app is. This really has the potential to bring down an entire companies day to day operations based on issues that truly occur a dozen or more times a day. I decided to try and load the app literally as I am typing this and it opened up to just a completely blank schedule for tomorrow…which is obviously not what is actually on the job board for tomorrow. This happens every day, as does the app just randomly crashing. I wish we had never spent so much time and money to switch to this company because it literally just took us 6 months to switch to a new company. ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-02-18, version 2026.1.1 (24)* More often than not this app fails to works properly. Won’t load my dispatch, app updates are few and far between. ### 1/5 — Sucks!!! *2026-02-17, version 2026.1.1 (24)* Worst app for service that I’ve used, it crashed every time, you have to delete it and re download it everyday, and is so slow. Then don’t use this app. Some days it works and most days it doesn’t. Very frustrating. The AutoCorrect is horrible. The app is very clunky and feels like very old technology. It works, sort of, most of the time. Systems down all the time. Can’t get addresses right, slow processing speeds make it impossible to do anything. You will spend more time waiting for things to load then you do actually typing them in. DO NOT USE THIS APP. the only reason my company still does is because they haven’t had time to look but they will. We have newer iPhones and the speed improvement from the old app is great. Best is combining the manager app and the tech app. Only negative bummer is slight increase in cost.
