I am using the correct sign in and password, keep getting message that username or password is invalid😡

The interface and the functionality are wired, i click on one of my children nothing happen, how can i tell the agenda or messages are related to which child?  If two are using the account like mom and dad the last one installed the app will receive notifications. Honestly the app is useless.
