App has continuous login errors and rarely lets me log on! Amazed after over two years at using this app it seems that they have put zero effort into correcting this bug within the app! It is pretty outdated, and the screen is crowded as if it was suppose to be used on an iPhone 4. The app hasn’t had a major update in 6-7 years and it shows. The app also won’t let me log in but the website does. I only have one of my two children listed and there is no option on my screen to switch, even though it says you should be able to. The dashboard is basic and seems to be user friendly, but it is not. The website version works better than the app, but still does not allow me to access my other student. The app wouldn’t let me log in 😐 When i tried to log in didn’t work. so kept trying to log in and i just decided to delete the app go on google, that worked better than the app. So i would recommend going on google than getting the stupid app. The app also REALLY needs an update, LIKE BAD. hope this helps just use google, save yourself time. ### 1/5 — Terrible app looks like it's from 2006 *2021-07-20* I am having trouble writing this review as I am shaking with rage from using this app. Anyone within a school district who decides this app is the best technology they can use deserves to be fired and subsequently beaten with a stick. Was told to use this app as GradeWay is a third party app. Being it is ran by PowerSchool (same as HAC), I chose my district, and it asked me to log into, yet it says my login credentials are invalid!! Reset HAC AGAIN and still same results. It would be nice to have access without having to go to the web where it’s tiny print and I have to zoom in. After 3 hours of back and forth with support, they are now telling me “just follow the link you were provided to access it”. The android version is even worse but no excuse for the iOS version given your coding against a fixed number of devices. Not sure by districts use this as even the website is very dated ### 1/5 — Doesn't work *2023-08-30* It is buggy - sometimes lets me in, sometimes doesn't recognize my is, and sometimes doesn't even recognize my school district. It's totally random when it does this. I can get rid of them by turning off notification, but when turn it on, the count still appears even though there are no notifications.
