How to Use Tenant app:

• Get yourself registered

• Create bank accounts and associate landlord details

• Go to Contacts under settings: add contact details and specify type such as tenant, Landlord etc.

• Record deposits, withdrawals, interest deposits/withdrawals for tenants and properties

• Reconcile transactions and print checks from banks details screen

• Generate extensive reports: Bank ledger, Chart of accounts, Trial Balance Summary, Reconciliation, Tenant statements

• Interest Calculator: Select tenant and move in-out dates, specify percentage and get the automatic calculated interest amount to record the interest deposit easily

• Go to settings, select Reconcile feature and reconcile any un-cleared transaction automatically
