## What is Escudo?

Fake bank texts, fake delivery fees and fake payment demands stop showing up on your family's phone.

Escudo checks every SMS that arrives from an unknown number and quietly moves the scams aside, right on the device. Nobody has to learn anything, touch anything, or decide anything.

NOTHING IS EVER DELETED
Filtered messages go to the Junk folder in Messages, not the trash. A real message is never lost and can always be recovered.

The filter runs entirely on the phone: the extension that reads your messages cannot access the internet. The app downloads updated detection rules, but your messages never leave the device. Escudo has no accounts, asks for no data, and cannot read your conversations.

WHAT IT FILTERS AND WHAT IT DOES NOT
Escudo acts only on SMS from numbers that are not in your contacts, which is exactly where scams live. Messages from your contacts and your WhatsApp chats are never touched.

FAMILY PLAN
Always updated detection rules, a weekly alert on active scams, labeling of community-reported scam calls, and protection for your whole family. Family is an annual auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in your Apple account settings. The basic filter is free forever.
